The Black-Line PV Ball Milling Cutter is a premium cutting tool designed for use with Pipetronics eCutter Lateral EL75 and EL100 robotic systems. Engineered specifically for processing CIPP liners, PVC, and roots, it provides precise cutting performance for lateral reinstatement and rehabilitation applications.
Featuring a ball-shaped profile and advanced cutting segments, the cutter is designed for opening lateral connections, reopening inlet lines, and removing intruding obstacles encountered in lined pipe systems. Its geometry allows operators to perform controlled cutting and reinstatement work while maintaining accuracy during robotic milling operations.
This cutter is only suitable for processing UV-cured CIPP liners, felt CIPP liners, PVC, and roots. It is designed for rehabilitation applications involving lined pipe systems and should not be selected for milling concrete, reinforced concrete, cast iron, or vitrified clay materials.
