Mid-Quarter Progress Update

Receive an email summarizing:

Within 30 days following quarter-end, you'll receive:

How much do I need to spend?

A minimum of $10,000 in qualifying purchases during a quarter is required to earn a rebate.

Can purchases made before I enroll count?

Yes. Qualifying purchases made during the same quarter you enroll will be included.

When are rebates issued?

Rebates are issued approximately 30 days after the close of each quarter.

Do rebate credits expire?

No. Credits remain on your HammerHead customer account until they are used.

Can I use credits on the website?

Not at this time. Credits must be applied through Customer Service or your Regional Sales Representative.

Can I receive my rebate as cash?

No. Rebates are issued only as credits on your HammerHead customer account.

Do returns affect my rebate calculation?

Yes. Returns and credits issued during the rebate period will reduce your qualifying purchase total and may affect your final rebate amount.

Do freight, taxes, or surcharges count toward qualifying purchases?

No. Only qualifying product purchases count toward rebate calculations. Freight charges, taxes, and other fees are excluded.

Do purchases made through the e-commerce website qualify?

Yes. Qualifying purchases made through the HammerHead e-commerce website, Customer Service, or your Regional Sales Representative all count toward your quarterly purchase total.

What happens if I move into a higher rebate tier during the quarter?

Your final rebate percentage is based on your total qualifying purchases for the entire quarter. Once the quarter closes, the applicable rebate percentage is applied to all qualifying purchases made during that quarter.

How can I check my rebate credit balance?

Customers can view previously issued rebate credits on their account statements. If you need assistance determining your available rebate credit balance, please contact HammerHead Customer Service.
