HH Bluelight® Flex LED Pre-Wet-Out Liner — Factory-Saturated Performance for Faster LED Installs

The HH Bluelight® Flex LED Pre-Wet-Out Liner combines the proven flexibility of HammerHead’s Flex LED liner with a factory-applied Bluelight® LED single-component resin system, delivering a jobsite-ready solution for efficient CIPP installations. Constructed from a synthetic polyester fiber hose with a durable translucent TPU coating, this liner is engineered to reduce wrinkling and maintain performance through straight runs, multiple bends up to 90°, and single diameter transitions (3"–4", 4"–6", and 6"–8"). By eliminating on-site resin wet out, the pre-saturated design ensures consistent resin distribution, reduces installation variability, and accelerates jobsite productivity. Available in 2", 3", 4", and 6" diameters, the liner is offered in full rolls, with the 2" size available exclusively in a half roll, providing a streamlined, repeatable solution optimized for Bluelight® LED curing applications.
