The HydraSlitter® Expander Cone is a core component of the modular flexi‑tooling string, engineered to perform the first stage of expansion when replacing lead or copper water service lines. As the tooling string advances through the existing pipe, the expander cone opens the original service line just enough to allow the remaining tooling and new pipe to follow smoothly.
