Heavy Duty Calibration Tube for CIPP — High-Temperature, Multi-Cure Versatility

The Heavy Duty Calibration Tube is a PVC-based calibration tube built for the demands of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation. Its reinforced construction delivers high temperature resistance, making it the right choice for hot water, steam, and ambient curing applications — as well as full compatibility with Bluelight LED and UV-based curing systems. During inflation, the tube applies consistent, uniform pressure against the inside of the liner, which then engages the host pipe wall to promote smooth resin adhesion and a high-quality finished cure. It's compatible with most major resin types, including epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and silicate, giving crews the flexibility to match the tube to the job — not the other way around.

Available in sizes up to 12". All sizes are offered in both full and half rolls, except the 12", which is available in full rolls only.
