HELIAM® Scrim Liner — The Most Versatile All-Cure Scrim Liner on the Market
The HammerHead® HELIAM® Scrim Liner is a scrim-reinforced felt liner engineered to minimize longitudinal stretch and deliver accurate, reliable inversion lengths — so crews can hit their exact mark without overshooting into the main or needing to remove excess liner. Made in the USA at HammerHead's Wisconsin-based facility, HELIAM is the company's flagship liner product and the backbone of any well-stocked CIPP operation. The name says it all — HEat, LIght, and AMbient — reflecting its compatibility with all three CIPP curing methodologies, including hot water, steam, Bluelight® LED, and ambient curing. HELIAM also requires lower inversion pressure than standard liners, making it easier to invert on-site. Available in six diameter sizes from 3" to 8", with a 5¾" option specifically designed for 6" undersized cast-iron and clay pipe. All sizes are offered in full (330') and half (165') rolls in both dry and pre-wet-out options. Tested and certified to meet ASTM F1216 and compliant with UPC, IPC, NSF14, IAPMO, and ICC-ES installation standards.
