HammerHead’s Bluelight Resin is a specially formulated, single‑component CIPP resin that only cures when exposed to blue‑wavelength LED light, giving installers dramatically extended working time during liner wet‑out and placement. Because the resin remains inactive until illuminated, crews can work without the time pressure associated with ambient, steam, or hot‑water curing systems. Once the LED light head is activated, the resin cures up to 5.4 feet per minute, enabling full structural rehabilitation in a fraction of the time required by traditional methods.
This resin is styrene‑free, odor‑free, and VOC‑free, supporting safer jobsite conditions and environmental compliance. It meets or exceeds ASTM F1216 requirements for structural CIPP performance.
