Picote Heater 2.0 — Accelerate Pipe Drying and Coating Cure Times

The Picote Heater 2.0 is designed to reduce drying times and improve efficiency during Picote Brush Coating™ projects. Engineered for use in pipes from 2" to 12" in diameter, the Heater 2.0 helps dry wet pipes, reduce time between coating applications, and accelerate final cure times, helping operators complete projects more efficiently.

Featuring adjustable airflow for application flexibility, the Heater 2.0 allows operators to customize performance based on project requirements. For added reliability, the unit includes dual automatic thermal cut-offs and independently controlled heating elements that can be switched off to provide airflow-only cooling when needed.

Compact and portable, the Heater 2.0 is designed for jobsite use and includes a flexible hose to direct heated airflow where it is needed. The 110V unit is an ideal addition to pipe coating and rehabilitation operations where reduced drying and cure times can improve productivity.
