Picote Smart Cutter Side Grinding Panels are engineered to deliver high-performance pipe cleaning, preparation, and reinstatement within the Smart Cutter system. Mounted to the Smart Cutter hub, these panels expand against the pipe wall during rotation, providing consistent 360° contact for efficient surface treatment and material removal.

Available in multiple sizes to support pipe diameters from 2" to 9", Side Grinding Panels are used for opening lateral connections, removing buildup, and preparing pipe surfaces for rehabilitation. Their abrasive construction allows for effective removal of scale, roots, resin, and internal defects while producing a smoother, more uniform pipe interior.

Designed for versatility and ease of use, the panels are available in different grit options to match the application—from aggressive grinding to controlled surface preparation.
