Picote Smart Cutter Hubs for 1/3" shaft systems form the foundation of the Smart Cutter assembly, providing the core structure for mounting and operating grinding and polishing panels. Designed for use in pipe diameters ranging from 2" to 4", these hubs enable precise, controlled cleaning, preparation, and reinstatement within small to mid-size pipe applications.
The hub acts as the central mounting point where Side Grinding Panels or Polishing Panels are attached, while a corresponding hub disc locks the panels securely into place. As the shaft rotates, the mounted panels expand outward against the pipe wall, delivering consistent 360° contact for efficient and uniform surface treatment.
Engineered for compatibility and flexibility, these hubs are available in multiple sizes to match specific pipe diameters and applications.
