Picote Smart Cutter Hubs for 3/8" shaft systems provide the core foundation for assembling and operating Smart Cutter tooling in mid-range pipe diameters. Designed for use in pipes ranging from 2" to 6", these hubs support efficient cleaning, preparation, and reinstatement across a wide range of trenchless applications.
The hub serves as the central mounting platform for Side Grinding Panels or Polishing Panels, with a corresponding hub disc used to securely lock the panels into place. As the shaft rotates, the mounted panels expand outward against the pipe wall, delivering consistent 360° contact for controlled and uniform surface treatment.
Available in multiple sizes to match specific pipe diameters, these hubs allow operators to configure their Smart Cutter system for balanced operation and optimal performance. Proper hub, panel, and hub disc selection is essential to ensure efficient cutting, cleaning, and restoration results.
