The Picote Standard Pipe Cutter 3" is a proven solution for removing overshot liner and restoring pipe flow in 3" pipe applications. Designed for internal cutting within pipe connections, this tool efficiently removes overshot liner material that can extend into the main line or junction following CIPP installations.

This cutter system is supplied as a panel kit designed to be used with a 3" hub and is compatible with both 1/2" and 1/3" shaft configurations, providing flexibility across Picote miller and cleaner setups. Mounted to a flexible shaft system, the Standard Pipe Cutter delivers controlled cutting performance with consistent contact against the pipe wall. While capable of navigating up to 90° bends, it is best suited for applications where the liner can be accessed in straight sections or where the termination point is not immediately at a bend, making it a dependable solution for reinstatement work and liner trimming in standard pipe configurations.
