Picote Smart Cutter Polishing Panels — Controlled Finishing for Pipe Preparation
Picote Smart Cutter Polishing Panels are designed for gentle cleaning, surface finishing, and final preparation within the Smart Cutter system. Installed on the Smart Cutter hub, these panels expand against the pipe wall during rotation to provide smooth, consistent 360° contact for controlled surface treatment.
Featuring a less aggressive abrasive surface, Polishing Panels are ideal for removing slight liner inconsistencies, refining reinstated connections, and performing light cleaning in PVC and other fragile pipe materials. They are commonly used as a finishing step after more aggressive grinding to create a uniform pipe surface without removing excess material.
Available in multiple sizes to support pipe diameters from 2" to 6", Polishing Panels provide operators with precision control in sensitive applications. Designed for quick replacement, they can be easily swapped out to maintain consistent performance in trenchless cleaning and rehabilitation workflows.
