Pre-Liner — Added Protection for CIPP Installations in Damaged Pipe Conditions

HammerHead® Pre-Liner is a durable, polyethylene-based tubular film designed to provide an additional layer of protection during CIPP rehabilitation in pipes with larger damaged areas such as missing sections, voids, or significant structural deterioration. During installation, the pre-liner is pulled in or inverted and positioned between the host pipe wall and the CIPP liner, acting as a barrier that prevents the liner from buckling into damaged areas where the pipe structure can no longer provide consistent support. Pre-liner also prevents the washing out of resin in the presence of groundwater infiltration or active water penetration — a common cause of failed cures and compromised liner integrity. Available in six sizes — 4", 5", 6", 8", 10", and 12" — all in 328' rolls.
