The HydraSlitter® Separation Tube is engineered for use in slitting applications on ½″ to 1″ host pipes. As part of the modular flexi‑tooling string, it ensures a complete, continuous cut of the existing lead or copper service line before final expansion occurs.

By creating a fully separated host pipe, the separation tube prepares the path for the expander assembly, which then completes the enlargement needed to install the new service line along the same path.
