Picote Smart Cutter XT Rough Side Grinding Panels — Maximum Material Removal and Aggressive Cutting Performance
Picote Smart Cutter XT Rough Side Grinding Panels are engineered for aggressive pipe cleaning, preparation, and reinstatement where maximum material removal is required. Designed for use with the Smart Cutter system, these panels expand against the pipe wall during rotation to deliver consistent 360° contact, enabling rapid grinding and efficient surface treatment.
Featuring a coarser, more aggressive grit than standard panels, XT Rough panels are ideal for fast removal of heavy buildup, internal obstructions, and stubborn defects. Available in sizes supporting pipe diameters from 4" to 9", they are well suited for demanding applications where increased cutting performance is needed to improve efficiency and productivity.
Like all Smart Cutter components, XT Rough panels are designed for quick replacement, allowing operators to easily swap worn panels and maintain consistent performance across trenchless cleaning and reinstatement applications.
