The Slitter Assembly for Plastic Pipe is engineered for cutting and replacing plastic host pipes—including HDPE—using the PortaBurst lateral pipe bursting system. Designed to slit plastic materials cleanly and efficiently, this assembly delivers smooth, controlled cutting performance that maintains steady progress through flexible or semi‑rigid pipe types. Its compact, durable design makes it easy to handle in tight access pits and demanding jobsite conditions.

The expansion profile is designed to support HDPE installation during the bursting process. When paired with the correct sleeved puller assembly, the system can pull back new HDPE pipe in a single, continuous operation. Use the 902‑2400 Sleeved Puller Assembly for installing 2" HDPE, and the 902‑2600 Sleeved Puller Assembly for installing 3" HDPE.
