The Slitter Assembly is engineered for cutting and replacing galvanized and copper pipe using the PortaBurst lateral pipe bursting system. Designed to slit metallic host pipes cleanly and efficiently, this assembly delivers controlled cutting performance that maintains steady progress through tough materials. Its compact, durable design makes it easy to handle in tight access pits and demanding jobsite conditions.

The expansion profile is designed to support HDPE installation during the bursting process. When paired with the correct sleeved puller assembly, the system can pull back new HDPE pipe in a single, continuous operation. Use the 902‑2400 Sleeved Puller Assembly for installing 2" HDPE, and the 902‑2600 Sleeved Puller Assembly for installing 3" HDPE.
