The Picote Special Drill Head Cutter is designed for initial liner opening and blockage removal in cast iron pipe systems. As part of the Special Drill Head lineup, this tool is engineered to penetrate obstructions and restore access where standard cleaning tools cannot advance.

Built with a unique square design and side cutting blades, the cutter is able to tumble on obstacles and connection points inside the pipe. This action allows it to progressively enlarge the opening beyond the physical size of the drill head, improving access and preparing the pipe for follow-up cleaning or reinstatement tools.
