The HammerHead® D100-QR Quick Release Inversion Drum is the most powerful compact inversion drum in the lateral lining industry, delivering up to 30 psi (2 bar) in a lightweight, portable design that weighs just 34.8 lbs without the frame. Built for small-diameter CIPP lining jobs where space is tight and efficiency matters, the D100-QR makes it easy to load, set, and begin inverting with minimal setup time. Its patent-pending Quick Release design eliminates the need for a wye assembly during light-cure applications — simply connect the Bluelight propulsion unit directly to the drum and begin curing. With the ambient cure cap accessory, the drum also supports ambient curing, giving crews the flexibility to cure their way while maintaining the full 30 psi pressure rating. The dynamic, wheeled frame is fully removable and rotates for vertical positioning, allowing the drum to adapt to ever-changing jobsite conditions.
