Cam Lock Nozzles — One Simplified System for 2"–8" CIPP Liner Installations

HammerHead® Cam Lock Nozzles are precision-engineered inversion drum nozzles with a 6" cam lock connection, designed to cover the full range of lateral liner diameters with significantly fewer components than competing systems. The lineup includes five standard nozzles — 2", 3", 4", 6", and 8" — compatible with the D100, D125-QL, and D225-QL inversion drums, plus a 2" Stubby Nozzle designed exclusively for the D100-QR. When paired with just 2 adaptors, these nozzles replace up to 18 separate nozzles required by other manufacturers — reducing the amount of equipment crews need to haul, organize, and maintain on the jobsite. Each nozzle features a secure cam lock attachment for fast, tool-free installation and a reliable, leak-free seal during inversion operations.

The 2" Stubby Nozzle features an ultra-compact profile at just 2½" in length, specifically engineered to shorten the overall drum setup for confined space installations such as basements, crawlspaces, and tight utility rooms where the D100-QR excels.
