The HammerHead® D225-QL QuickLok Inversion Drum is engineered for high-production CIPP lining operations where speed, capacity, and reliability drive the job. Its patented QuickLok door system locks down with a single lever in seconds, replacing time-consuming multi-bolt lockdowns with a secure, positive latch that provides clear visual confirmation the door is sealed. Built with all-aluminum construction, the D225-QL is rated to 25 psi (1.7 bar) while remaining up to 50% lighter than competing models at just 162 lbs — giving crews the power to push through longer runs and difficult bends without sacrificing portability. The drum supports ambient, hot water, steam, and Bluelight® LED curing methods, and its interchangeable spindle wheel can be mounted on either side of the drum or removed entirely to navigate confined spaces. Three chemical- and scratch-resistant glass viewing ports provide visibility from any angle to monitor the liner throughout the inversion process.
