HeatWave Hot-Water Curing System — All-in-One Boiler for Fast, Efficient CIPP Curing
The HammerHead® HeatWave Hot-Water Curing System is an all-in-one hot-water curing unit that integrates the boiler, pump, and all controls into a single, compact package — eliminating the hassle of extra hoses, components, and cluttered worksites. Its optimized boiler coil and high-flow centrifugal pump deliver an 11 gpm recirculation rate with a max outlet temperature of 195°F (91°C), bringing water to temperature quickly and holding it uniformly throughout the full length of the run for precise, repeatable cures. Effective in pipes up to 12" in diameter, the HeatWave's 236,250 BTU diesel-fired boiler and 120V electric pump provide the power to fill calibration tubes faster and reach specified curing temperatures sooner than other models. All controls are centrally located with an onboard return temperature sensor for effortless monitoring and precision matching of curing schedules. An integrated bleed-off valve and clean-out port provide cold-weather protection for year-round operation. The HeatWave is the industry's only hot-water CIPP curing unit designed, constructed, and tested to U.S. and Canada safety standards, including applicable portions of UL 1776 and CAN/CSA 22.2 No. 68.
