Hot Water Return Pickup — The Essential Link in the HeatWave Recirculation Loop

The Hot Water Return Pickup is a critical component of the HammerHead® HeatWave hot-water curing system, serving as the integral connection point that completes the water recirculation loop. It attaches to the inversion drum via cam lock on one end and connects to the water return intake on the HeatWave on the other, creating a closed circuit that allows heated water to flow back to the boiler for reheating and recirculation. This continuous loop is what enables the HeatWave to maintain uniform curing temperatures throughout the full length of the run — ensuring consistent, reliable cures from start to finish.
