The Slitter Blade Assembly is engineered to provide the cutting performance required when bursting 3–4" cast iron or PVC host pipes using Quick Grip burst heads. Designed to split and weaken these tougher materials ahead of the expander, the slitter blade ensures smoother progress, reduced load on the system, and more consistent bursting performance in challenging pipe conditions.

This assembly integrates directly into the Quick Grip tooling string and is required whenever cast iron or PVC is present in the host line. Its compact, durable design allows crews to maintain efficient setup and reliable operation across a wide range of jobsite environments.
