Picote Xpress Coating Pump System

System includes: Xpress Pump, Hose Reel, Reel Heating Blanket, Small Diameter Hose Package and 10x flexible static mixing tips.

Picote’s Xpress Coating System for 1 ¼ -12″ pipes provide faster curing times, no waste, less mess, and minimal setup time for revolutionary cost and time savings.
The heart of the system is the innovative Xpress Coating Pump featuring dual hydraulic resin cylinders for the new 1: 1, single color epoxy. It has a built-in extended life battery and internal resin heater providing several hours of working time (it can also be operated while charging). The system also includes a motorized Delivery Hose Reel with 131 feet (40m) of delivery hose allowing for easier setup, movement, and storage.

• Picote Xpress Epoxy ( 1 : 1 ratio): Single color (light grey), 100% Solids Epoxy.
• As little as 1 hour curing time between coats (@77°F/25°C).
• Optional Picote Heater to speed up curing times.
• Superior thickness of = < 1 mm per layer (@77°F/25°C).
• Larger resin containers reduce waste & costs.
• Motorized Reel with quick connect, multi-use hoses – easily returns the hoses which can then be capped to be used again since the epoxy is mixed at the brush end via a static mixing nozzle. Saving on resin, consumables, and setup time.
• Internal resin heater on pump runs off the battery to maintain resin temperature during transport and usage.
• Reel Heating Blanket maintains hose reel resin temperature. Can run off pump battery or be plugged in. Can also be used to warm resin buckets.
• Go Small! Included hose package for 1/4-2″ pipes up to 50′ in length.
• Vertical design saves on storage, transport, and jobsite space.
• Tri-wheel stair climbers & 32′ (10m) corded remote allows easy transport up and down stairs and for hard to reach places.
