Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Systems

The HammerHead lateral lining rehabilitation process can be used in a variety of gravity and pressure applications such as sanitary sewers, storm sewers, process piping, electrical conduits and ventilation systems. Our system will allow you to repair cracked or broken pipes, eliminate roots, bridge missing pipe sections and stop infiltration and exfiltration. It can be used with virtually any pipe material including clay, cast, PVC, ABS and concrete. Lining systems can rehabilitate lines with 22°, 45°, and sweeping 90° bends and pipe diameter transitions. While conventional open cut replacement projects may take several days plus the cost of restoration materials, multiple HammerHead lining projects can be completed each day.

    BLUELIGHT LED: THE NEW STANDARD IN LATERAL CIPP.

    The Bluelight LED CIPP Curing System uses specially-formulated resin that cures only when exosed to LED light in the bluelight wavelength. This provides extended working time (days, weeks, months!) and the primary advantage of the Bluelight system is its curing speed – once exposed to the bluelight, the resin cures up to 5x faster than conventional methods. Instead of waiting hours for a liner to cure, it’ll be done in a fraction of the time allowing more jobs to be completed in a day.

      When it comes to lining laterals, you often find yourself dealing with a wide range of site conditions and restrictions. HammerHead offers contractors a purpose-made, modular trailer solution for streamlined CIPP (cured-in-place-pipe) operations. Our trailers have been redesigned to give you maximum versatility to adapt in ever changing job conditions.   The new LT-20PRO 20-foot lining trailer is designed based on feedback directly from CIPP installers working in the field. The result is a mobile, climate-controlled workstation with all the storage, power and air supply you need for most any lateral lining application.   Its components are modular which allows you to configure your trailer to suit your specific needs and can accommodate equipment you already own.
